About Journal
Geo Tourism International Conference (GTIC) is an international paper conference held at Medan Tourism Polytechnic. It is the main program of the Medan Tourism Polytechnic Center of Excellence for Geoparks. The goal of this initiative is to increase Medan Tourism Polytechnic's contribution to international tourism publications. GTIC aspires to be a platform that brings together stakeholders in geo-tourism and sustainable tourism. This conference will allow academics, researchers, practitioners, and students to discuss current concerns and share expertise in the field.
From that conference, Proceeding of Geo Tourism International Conference (GTIC) is created. Scopes of this publication include geotourism, geopark, cultural tourism, environment, sustainable tourism, hospitality management, tour and travel management, economics and finances, tourism marketing, culinary and gastronomy tourism, digital technology, education, law and policy.
Proceeding of Geo Tourism International Conference (GTIC) is published by Politeknik Pariwisata Medan, Indonesia 2 times per year.
